TTG Awarded $24M Marine Corps Contract

The United States Marine Corps, Marine Corps Systems Command, Network Communications Infrastructure (NCI) has awarded Technology Trends Group (TTG) a $24M+ contract to modernize the telecommunications infrastructure at the U.S. Marine Corps base at Quantico, Virginia, as well as at additional facilities in the Northern Virginia area.

The TTG Team will design, engineer, and implement a robust, turnkey Unified Communications System (UCS) that includes new and enhanced infrastructure, equipment, and power for all included Quantico sites. TTG will use a phased and low-risk approach to complete the implementation within 18 months of project initiation. 

“We are proud to partner with the Marine Corps as they modernize their telecommunications infrastructure at the Quantico base,” said Sara Uzel, Manager of TTG.,“We look forward to supporting their mission to protect the citizens of the United States.” 

Work on the telecommunications modernization is set to begin in October 2020.
