CNI Acquires DIGITALiBiz, Inc.
Chickasaw Nation Industries (CNI) today announced the acquisition of DIGITALiBiz, Inc. (iBiz), an experienced Federal Government contractor that specializes in providing next generation solutions.
Founded in 2002, iBiz is an innovative provider of information technology solutions, systems engineering, communications strategy, research and analysis, portfolio management and subject matter expertise to civilian and defense clients of the U.S. government.
Headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, and with over 200 employees, iBiz is an exciting and strategic addition to CNI’s family of companies.
