The Senior Supervisor Manager supports the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services National Records Center (NRC) and File Storage Facility (FSF), Records Operations Support Services (ROSS), ASRC Field Services.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Provides supervisory support to onsite records management and maintenance staff.

Responsible for providing supervisory support to staff during shifts, weekends and holidays. Serves as liaison to management for operational notifications, communications and operational task assignments.

Responsible for providing onsite supervision to ensure efficient workflow and shift personnel exchanges for the NRC and FSF locations.

Must be available to work daylight, afternoon, midnight, weekend and holiday shifts as needed, depending on location.

Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to any training made available by the company.

Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability.


Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines is required: Program Management, Business or Public Administration, technical management, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or related fields. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience supervising or leading personnel.


This position requires possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance


Excellent verbal and written communications skills with ability to effectively present information before local, state or federal stakeholders and agencies

Excellent supervisory and management skills with ability to resolve conflicts, grievances, confrontations or disagreements in a constructive manner

Skilled proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel Outlook, Project, etc.)

Exceptional organization skills with ability to manage effectively multiple projects and priorities

Ability to schedule, plan and lead meetings

Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to implement a proactive approach to problem solving

Ability to interact professionally with team members, corporate management, and clients of all levels

Exceptional ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work effectively both independently and in a highly collaborative, team environment


Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public.


Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.


Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
