Filtra-Systems Company LLC, a part of CNI Commercial, a subsidiary of Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc., is now recruiting for the following opportunity:

 

SUMMARY

The Vice President - Dewatering Solutions provides support to CNI subsidiary company Filtra-Systems. This positon has global responsibility for sales and research and development (R&D) for product lines including: pressure dewatering filters, clarifiers, dewatering systems, and polishing filters for clients in the mining, chemical and industrial minerals industries.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

Responsible for profit and loss regarding the sales and R&D of mine dewatering products and systems.

 

Responsible for selling, engineering and providing technical expertise for pressure dewatering filters, clarifiers, dewatering systems, and polishing filters, as well as spare parts and consumables. 

 

Produces budgets and estimates for equipment, consumables, staff hours and timing for project proposals.

 

Manages, provides direction, training and oversight to assigned employees.

 

Responsible for analyzing business opportunities and identifying and capturing sales opportunities.

 

Coordinates business development initiatives and supports proposal initiatives.

 

Responsible for program/project management and quality assurance of deliverables on client engagements.

 

Provides leadership and strategy for the development of proposal efforts. Assists in establishing and implementing short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.

 

Communicates with operations regarding resource requirements for all projects. Effectively uses project staff where appropriate to meet client expectations regarding time and budget.

 

Independently oversees all aspects of the project’s execution and management.

 

Provides technical solutions for projects.

 

Prepares client specific proposals.

Maintains an overall positive relationship with the client and other project stakeholders.

 

Open to global relocation or extensive travel.

 

Responsible for financial tracking and accuracy of input for all project records. Acquires internal approval of project invoices.

 

Reports on project progress, internally and externally.

 

Responsible for aiding in own self-development by being available and receptive to any training made available by the company.

 

Plans daily activities within the guidelines of company policy, job description and supervisor’s instruction in such a way as to maximize personal output.

 

Responsible for keeping own immediate work area in a neat and orderly condition to ensure safety of self and coworkers. Will report any unsafe conditions and/or practices to the appropriate supervisor and human resources. Will immediately correct any unsafe conditions to the best of own ability.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Geology, Construction Management or related field of study and a minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant experience in an executive role with a high growth organization.  Experience working with clients globally including within Europe, Asia and the US. Experience in construction and consulting related projects. Experience in Dewatering and Water Treatment preferred. Experienced in technical writing.

 

CERTIFICATES / LICENSES / REGISTRATION

MSHA part 48 and OSHA 10 training preferred.

Operational knowledge and understanding of dewatering processes and products

Advanced knowledge and understanding of business process methods

Ability to plan and oversee projects through the use of project management software tools and methodologies

Ability to read and develop Process and Instrumentation Diagrams

Demonstrated ability to develop and apply comprehensive solutions to client requirements / issues

Skilled proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel Outlook, Project, etc.) and Microsoft SharePoint web application

Exceptional organization skills with ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities

Skilled in facilitating teamwork and coordinating efforts for the successful achievement of goals

Excellent supervisory and management skills with ability to resolve conflicts, grievances, confrontations or disagreements in a constructive manner

Ability to schedule, plan and lead meetings
