CNI has an anticipated opening for an Administrative Specialist in Tulsa, OK. The Administrative Specialist provides a broad range of administrative support services to our potential energy client. This position provides administrative support in the areas of acquisitions, technical, financial, legal, workforce management and communications.
Specific requirements and responsibilities are forthcoming. An anticipated position denotes that we are currently evaluating the work or preparing a proposal. In the meantime, we have started looking for outstanding talent to leverage our efforts. Candidates must have a minimum of an Associates degree and two (2) years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education / experience. Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher, SharePoint, Access, etc.).
