CNI employees can make a contribution to set aside pre-tax dollars for use throughout the year on approved expenses.
Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
To protect employees and their families in the event of death or serious injury, basic life and AD&D coverage is provided to eligible employees. Additional/optional coverage can be purchased in varying levels.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
CNI offers both Short-term and Long-term disability relief programs to eligible employees. These benefits provide income replacement based on the employees‘ rate of pay should the employee become unable to work for a short-term period or become totally disabled.
