SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides a broad range of administrative services and congressional correspondence. Provides administrative support to an individual, team, department or group in an organization. Handles a wide variety of administrative and operations support functions and manages multiple priorities.

Must be able to obtain a customer public trust clearance for access to facilities, equipment and property.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collects, reviews and analyzes data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, or specialized software.
Prepares and distributes reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
Maintains files, databases, and archives of relevant records. Screens calls and responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messag-ing.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.
May manage expense reporting, invoicing, office supply inventory, or other routine processes.
Takes meeting minutes and distributes them to relevant parties.
Supports team projects by conducting research and coordinating logistics.
Organizes office events and meetings, including logistical arrangements.
Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information and ensures compliance with company policies.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of eight to ten (8-10) of years relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Exposed to general office noise with computers printers and light traffic. May be required to wear safety and personal protective equipment. This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax and print machines. This position is largely sedentary; however, constant repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Seldom lifting of office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds as necessary.

The estimated pay range for this role is $25.77 to $26.27, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
