  • CNI Technology Division operates from both its headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and its Western Operations Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

  • Roughly two-thirds of our employees are located in Oklahoma City and Albuquerque. The remaining one-third are located throughout the United States at sites including: Rockville, MD; Lewes, DE; Sacramento, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Anchorage, AK; Billings, MT; Aberdeen, SD; and numerous other locations.

CNI Technology Contracting Vehicles

Schedule contracting is acquisition reform in action. Schedule contracts have satisfied all the federal requirements for competition specified in the Competition in Contracting Act, so a great deal of the administrative burden on a federal or state customer is done. Both GSA and NBC guarantees federal customers that the companies on contract are qualified to perform and that they have negotiated for the best price available.

Characteristics of Schedule contracts:

 

·   For commercially available goods and services

 

·   Meet all requirements for CICA

 

        ·  Saves months in acquisition cycle

 

        ·  Saves costs associated with prolonged evaluation

 

·   Provides basic terms and conditions (T&C)

 

·   Can be tailored/augmented to meet customer needs, e.g. deliverables,security, etc

 

·   GSA and NBC have negotiated rates

 

·   GSA and NBC have determined that rates are fair and reasonable

 

·   Rates are guaranteed to be "best customer" rates

 

·   Tasks can be either Firm Fixed Price or Time and Materials

 

        ·  Incentivized tasks are possible

 

·   Customer makes best value selection
