- CNI Technology Division operates from both its headquarters in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and its Western Operations Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

- Roughly two-thirds of our employees are located in Oklahoma City and Albuquerque. The remaining one-third are located throughout the United States at sites including: Rockville, MD; Lewes, DE; Sacramento, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Anchorage, AK; Billings, MT; Aberdeen, SD; and numerous other locations.

Western Operations Albuquerque
Director of Western Operations
Windell Gilliam is responsible for the CNI Technology Division contracts centered in the Southwest, generally administered from Albuquerque, NM. These efforts include a number of information solution contracts with the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Health Service, as well as a business services contract with the Air Force Phillips Research Laboratory at Kirtland AFB, NM.
