CNI continues to grow. CNI has purchased the three-story 65,000-square-foot Saxon building in Norman, OK, which is situated on nearly 12.5 acres.
The purchase also included an additional three acres adjacent to the property near highway 9 in Norman, OK. CNI will occupy a majority of the building to house approximately 200 of its employees once renovations are complete.
According to Gregg Wadley, President/CEO, “CNI has experienced a tremendous amount of growth over the past several years and occupies a number of facilities in the Oklahoma City area. The purpose of buying this building was to begin to consolidate our Oklahoma operations so we can be more efficient at what we do.”
