- Indian Land Consolidation Office (ILCO) Outreach Program Support [CNI Administration Services, LLC ]
- CNIAS supports the BIA in providing oversight and direction of its land acquisition program established to consolidate fractionated ownership of trust or restricted Indian lands in the name of the respective Tribes. CNIAS provides research, coordination, and implementation of the actual land purchases with Government review and approval of each purchase.
- Probate Follow-On Contract [CNI, Inc.]
- Over a period of many years, delays and increasing workloads in the BIA probate process have created significant backlogs. Under the PFOC and its predecessor contract, Probate Case Preparation and Closing, CNI employees have focused on preparing estates of deceased Indians, particularly those considered part of the backlog, for probate adjudication; then following the court action, formally closing those probate cases with changes to land titling and disbursement of funds.

- CNITS prepares probate cases for adjudication and asset distribution for more than 35 BIA agencies.
Bureau of Indian Affairs

- Probate Document Preparation [CNI Administration Services, LLC]
- Originally awarded to CNI in 2005, CNIAS supported the Division of Trust Funds Accounting (DTFA), Branch of Accounting Processing (BAP) in their mission to perform fiduciary trust responsibilities to American Indian Tribes, individual Indians, and Alaska Natives by performing all associated accounting activities on behalf of Individual Indian Monies (IIM) account holders.
- Centralized Accounting Data Entry (CADE) Support Services [CNI Professinal Services, LLC]
- CNIPS provides data entry services for encoding transactions into the OST Trust Funds Accounting System (TFAS) on behalf of the Division of Trust Funds Accounting (DTFA). CNIPS personnel perform activities that are critical to fulfillment of DTFA responsibilities, which include centralized operation and control of accounting activities for receipt, investment, disbursement of individual and tribal trust funds, and accurate recording and reporting of these activities.
- Trust Beneficiary Call Center (TBCC) Support [CNI Professional Services, LLC]
- CNI has been providing call center services to the TBCC since 2004. The TBCC is a nationwide, toll-free call center that enables beneficiaries to conveniently access information regarding their trust assets, check the status of a trust service or update Individual Indian Money (IIM) account information. Implementation of the TBCC has become a significant component in meeting DOI’s goal of communicating and fulfilling its responsibilities to American Indians.
- Data Quality and Integrity (DQ&I) Project [CNI Administration Services, LLC]
- Originally awarded to CNI in 2004, CNIAS personnel are experts in the area of trust data, documentation, and concepts; they have access and experience in the primary Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians/Bureau of Indian Affairs (OST/BIA) systems of record for trust fund accounting and land ownership; and their knowledge and experience is transferrable across contracts that are involved in different aspects of trust management and reform. CNIAS performs verification of online data against source documentation and conducts any necessary related data cleanup. CNIAS provides research and resolution of necessary redistribution of generated income when a previous distribution has been miscalculated.
- Consolidated IT, Office of the Chief Information Officer [CNI, CNI Administration Services, LLC, CNI Professional Services, LLC]
- This contract is a consolidation of 3 previous IT related Task Orders and the addition of two new IT Task Orders into one contract, and spans a 5-year history with OST. CNI was supporting a wide range of IT efforts within the OST environment ranging from enterprise application development to specific client PC configuration. These efforts complemented each other but involved the management of several different task orders and contracts. The consolidated effort leveraged the existing labor resources, added key labor categories, and provided a management framework to ensure OST realizes a long-term cost savings and secures a stable yet flexible specialized IT contract work force. Under the consolidated contract, CNIAS provided Log Review and Analysis Project Support, and Remediation/Mitigation of System Vulnerabilities; developed the Indian Trust Appraisal Request Tracking System (ITARS), and developed the Secure Trust Accounting Records System (STARS). We continue to provide Continuity of Operations Site (COOP) and Risk Management Plus (RM+) operation and maintenance support and Tier 1 Help Desk support for Portal based applications.
Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians

- Professional and Technical Services IDIQ at DOI NBC, Ft. Huachuca [CNI Professional Services, LLC]
- Under this IDIQ/TO contract, CNIPS offers intellectual capital support across 58 labor categories in the following management and professional support service areas: studies, analyses and evaluations; engineering and technical services; professional military training; and doctrine development support. Currently supporting 16 separate TOs, CNIPS supports the following customers: the National Defense University (NDU), the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA), and the 309th Military Intelligence Battalion.
- Contract Support (TO 21) [CNI, Inc.]
- One of 43 Task Orders under a 5-year IDIQ in which CNI, Inc. provided contract formation and administration services in support of the NBC, Acquisition and Property Management Division (APMD).
- Contract Closeout Support (TO 22) and Undelivered Order Closeout Team (TO 44) [CNI, Inc.]
- Original and follow-on work providing administrative support for closing a significant backlog of procurement accounts representing different contractual instruments issued by the Ft. Huachuca NBC. Our Contract Specialists are experts in applying FAR, DFAR, and DFAS policies and have received commendations for their outstanding performance.
- Closeout Support II (TO 45) [CNI, Inc.]
- CNI provides similar contract closeout services to those provided under TOs 21, 22, and 44 for the Sierra Vista Branch of the NBC. Our Contract Specialists are experts in applying FAR, DFAR, and DFAS policies and have received commendations for their outstanding performance.
- Status Report to the Court (TO 43) [CNI, Inc.]
- The Department of the Interior (DOI) has been involved in legal proceedings in the matter of Cobell v. Norton since 1996. For many years, DOI has had to prepare and present a quarterly “Status Report to the Court” for the purpose of informing the Court on the progress of trust reform activities underway throughout the Department. CNI provides singular service in assembling, producing, and iterating each quarterly status report for OST submission to the court.
