Information Technology & Management Support Services (ITSS#1) for the Department of Energy, Office of the Chief Information Officer [CNI Information Technology, LLC]: A 5-year IDIQ, consisting of 12 awarded Task Orders overall, through which CNI has provided management support, capital planning and investment control, administrative support, network administration, independent validation and verification, web services, financial/budgeting support and business process assessments to the DOE OCIO in Germantown, MD.

Information Technology & Management Support Services (ITSS#2) for the Department of Energy, Office of the Chief Information Officer [CNI Information Technology, LLC]: A 3-year follow-on to our previous 5-year IDIQ contract for the DOE OCIO at their Germantown, MD and Forrestal, DC locations. Task Orders include support to the OCIO, Budget and Performance Management Support, Human Resources and Administrative Support, IT Reform and Records Management Support Services, Information Technology Services, Office of Small Disadvantage Business Web Development, and support of the Quality Assurance Program.

Administrative, Technical, Professional, Information Management and Technology Support & Assistance to the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science (SC) [Chickasaw Advisory Services, LLC]: CNI staffs and operates the DOE SC’s Travel Center and Correspondence Control Center (CCC) at the DOE Germantown, MD location. Support includes business process analysis, process standardization, and enhanced service delivery. Under a separate CLIN, CNI provides an IT Team and Business Process Analysts in support of Management and Program Analyses, Systems Development, and Telecommunications.

Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) [CNI Administration Services, LLC]: CNIAS is assisting the DOE in building relationships with federally recognized Native American Tribes for consultation regarding electrification needs across Native American lands and how to best assist the Tribes in effectively using electricity to aid in economic and community development. CNIAS provides strategic planning, survey instrument design, database development, call center support, and analytical resources.

DOE IT Services for SC-CH [CNI Information Technology, LLC]: A 5-year contract to provide IT support to the SC-CH in the areas of: Information Management Strategic Planning Support, Information Systems Development, Systems Engineering Infrastructure Upgrades and Improvements, Systems Integration and Configuration Management, and Desktop/WAN Production (Operations, Help Desk, and Maintenance). CNIIT personnel have received very high customer approval ratings and several Letters of Commendation for excellent performance.

Staff Augmentation [CNI Technical Services, LLC]: CNITS is a subcontractor providing outsourced staffing assistance for the Babcock & Wilcox Technical Services Pantex, LLC at the DOE NNSA facility in Amarillo, TX.

Savannah River Site Operations Office [CNI Administration Services, LLC]: Under a Blanket Ordering Agreement, CNIAS provided contract management, consulting, and support services ranging from software application training methods to best practice implementation (e.g., balanced score card analysis and corrective action plan development).
Human Resources Recruitment & Staffing Services Support [CNI Professional Services, LLC]: A 6-month intensive recruiting and staffing effort for the DOE's Savannah River Site, SC.

DOE Southwestern Power Administration (SWPA) [CNI Professional Services, LLC]: A 5-year contract to provide a wide range of administrative, CADD, and environmental support services to the SWAPA Power Marketing Administration. Currently CNIPS assists multiple agencies within the organization by providing North American Electric Reliance Council (NERC) Compliance support services.

IT and Admin Service Support [CNI Administration Services, LLC]: CNIAS provided information technology, administrative, and technical support services for 5 years to the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), which is responsible for the marketing and transmission of Federal electric power generated at Federal sites to wholesale customers in six states (Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming). CNIAS staff provided information technology, engineering, drafting, facilities maintenance, automotive repair, warehousing, and administrative support services.
Corporate Services Office (CSO) Administrative Support [CNI Administration Services, LLC]: CNIAS personnel provide administrative support in several WAPA CSO service areas including logistics, natural resources, finance, human resources, program management, process improvement, and general support to the Offices of the Chief Information (OCIO) and Chief Operations Officers.
