- CNI was originally awarded BRAMAS in 1996, the first of Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) cost plus award fee (CPAF) requirements that provided business, financial, and staff-related technical support to Kirtland AFB. In 2001, CNI was successful in the re-compete of what became known as BASS. CNI provided the AFRL with a single support contract to standardize and document business practices, while at the same time recommending and implementing innovative solutions to these business practices.

- A 3-year contract in which CNI supported the closeout of more than 2,000 over due contracts. Each member of the CNI Contract Closeout Team was a Procurement professional with senior level experience in DoD program contracting.

Defense Threat Reduction Agency
- Arnold Data Center Expansion (ADCE) [CNI Administration Services, LLC]
- A 2-year project to design and construct the ADCE located in Arnold, MO. This work included expansion of the Data Center space; installation of primary and back-up power distribution equipment including new HVAC, chillers, pumps and cooling towers; power distribution equipment; two stairwells and one material lift connecting the personnel space with the mezzanine and modification of the existing fire suppression system; and five additional minor construction projects.
- HVAC System for the Arnold Facility [InnovationOne, LLC]
- For the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Arnold facility, InnovationOne, LLC designed and constructed an HVAC system and two 2000 KW emergency generators and associated wiring including UPS units. InnovationOne technicians also repaired by replacement the horizontal water condenser piping and related equipment on the roof and the secondary chilled water pumps serving the building's HVAC loop.
