Overview
Since its inception in 2007, CNIPS has built and maintained valued relationships with diverse customers, including the Department of Defense, Department of Interior, Food and Drug Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Department of Energy. - Food and Drug Administration, Health Level 7 (HL7) Standardization Initiative
- Under this IDIQ/TO contract, CNIPS provides a team of healthcare data experts to support the FDA in achieving its goal to improve the management of structured information across agency enterprise initiatives.
- Professional and Technical Services IDIQ at DOI NBC, Ft. Huachuca
- Under this IDIQ/TO contract, CNIPS offers intellectual capital support across 58 labor categories in the following management and professional support service areas: studies, analyses and evaluations; engineering and technical services; professional military training; and doctrine development support. Currently supporting 16 separate TOs, CNIPS supports the following customers: the National Defense University (NDU), the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (NCOA), and the 309th Military Intelligence Battalion.
- DOE Southwestern Power Administration (SWPA)
- A 5-year contract to provide a wide range of administrative, CADD, and environmental support services to the SWAPA Power Marketing Administration. Currently CNIPS assists multiple agencies within the organization by providing North American Electric Reliance Council (NERC) Compliance support services.
- Program Management Support Services to FBI Academy, Training Division
- A recently awarded 3-year IDIQ, through which CNIPS staffing in support of the Finance Resource Unit (FRU)and Training Services Unit (TSU) of the FBI. CNIPS provides a professional workforce with expert understanding of financial and budgetary principles in order to properly evaluate and recommend the most cost-effective venue for FBI-sponsored events.
- Pharmacy Staffing Support
- CNIPS provides Pharmacy Technicians and pharmacy services to the 96th Medical Group at Eglin AFB (FL).
- Medical Staffing Support
- CNIPS provides Pediatric Clinical Nurses and a Registered Nurse Case Manager to the 96th Medical Group at Eglin AFB (FL).
- Medical Administration Staffing Support Services
- CNI supports the 82nd Medical Group by providing medical administrative support clerks and support staff to give quality health care services to service members and dependents, while maintaining customer satisfaction in everyday business.
- Health Care Provider Staffing
- CNIPS supports the 82nd Medical Group at Sheppard AFB (TX) by providing health care providers such as physicians of various specialties, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacy technicians, licensed vocational nurses and radiology technicians.
- Centralized Accounting Data Entry (CADE) Support Services [CNIAS, CNIPS]
- CNIPS provides data entry services for encoding transactions into the OST Trust Funds Accounting System (TFAS) on behalf of the Division of Trust Funds Accounting (DTFA). CNIPS personnel perform activities that are critical to fulfillment of DTFA responsibilities, which include centralized operation and control of accounting activities for receipt, investment, disbursement of individual and tribal trust funds, and accurate recording and reporting of these activities.
- Trust Beneficiary Call Center (TBCC) Support [CNIAS, CNIPS]
- CNI has been providing call center services to the TBCC since 2004. The TBCC is a nationwide, toll-free call center that enables beneficiaries to conveniently access information regarding their trust assets, check the status of a trust service or update Individual Indian Money (IIM) account information. Implementation of the TBCC has become a significant component in meeting DOI’s goal of communicating and fulfilling its responsibilities to American Indians.
- Consolidated IT, Office of the Chief Information Officer [CNI, CNIAS, CNIPS]
- This contract is a consolidation of 3 previous IT related Task Orders and the addition of two new IT Task Orders into one contract, and spans a 5-year history with OST. CNI was supporting a wide range of IT efforts within the OST environment ranging from enterprise application development to specific client PC configuration. These efforts complemented each other but involved the management of several different task orders and contracts. The consolidated effort leveraged the existing labor resources, added key labor categories, and provided a management framework to ensure OST realizes a long-term cost savings and secures a stable yet flexible specialized IT contract work force. Under the consolidated contract CNIPS provides Log Review and Analysis Project Support, Remediation/Mitigation of System Vulnerabilities, Continuity of Operations Site (COOP) Support, Systems Administration Support, Multiple Systems Programming Support, DTFA Control Log Support, Indian Trust Appraisal Request Tracking System (ITARS) Support, and Risk Management Plus (RM+) Development.

- One year contract to lend Program Management Support for Intelligence Battle Lab at Ft. Huachuca, AZ & Ft. Leonard Wood, MO.
- Intelligence Battle Lab (IBL) Modeling & Simulation Support
- One year contract to provide modeling and simulation Support to the IBL at Ft. Huachuca.
- Human Resources Recruitment & Staffing Services Support
- A 6-month intensive recruiting and staffing effort for the DOE’s Savannah River Site, SC.
