Federal Information Processing Support For The Continental United States (CONUS) For the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
CNIIT provides a broad spectrum of IT-related support to the USACE in the Jacksonville District, West Palm Beach, FL, across five task areas: the Customer Assistance Center, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Support, Network Communications Center Support, Software Systems Support, and the Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Program (CERP).
Computer and Information Services
A 5-year contract through which CNI provides web development expertise, CADD support, programming support, knowledge management, Help Desk, and desktop support to the COE Tulsa Information Management Office. The Service Desk supports 850 customers, logs an average of 6,000 calls per year, and resolves 90 percent of the calls within 24 hours.
Information Technology & Management Support Services for the Department of Energy, Office of the Chief Information Officer
A 5-year IDIQ, consisting of 12 awarded Task Orders overall, through which CNI has provided management support, capital planning and investment control, administrative support, network administration, independent validation and verification, web services, financial/budgeting support and business process assessments to the DOE OCIO in Germantown, MD.
DOE IT Services for SC-CH [CNI Information Technology, LLC]
A 5-year contract to provide IT support to the SC-CH in the areas of: Information Management Strategic Planning Support, Information Systems Development, Systems Engineering Infrastructure Upgrades and Improvements, Systems Integration and Configuration Management, and Desktop/WAN Production (Operations, Help Desk, and Maintenance). CNIIT personnel have received very high customer approval ratings and several Letters of Commendation for excellent performance.
Medicare Data Center Transition Support Services
A 5-year contract to support the CMS in its modernization efforts by providing oversight for the transition of 14 current Medicare Data Centers to 3 Enterprise Data Centers and oversight of the implementation of the Medicare Administrative Contractors (MAC) for 15 regional jurisdictions.
DHHS Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) Medicare Integrity Group (MIG) Data Engine
A 5-year contract to operate and maintain the CMS MIG Data Engine, which currently hosts Medicaid claims data from all 50 states and supports data mining and analysis functions to look for fraud, waste or abuse by Medicaid providers. Together with the staff at the San Diego Supercomputer Center, CNIIT is further tasked to provide a number of enhancements to the MIG Data Engine including report generation, workflow systems, and improved development, test, and production environments.
IT Enterprise Infrastructure Support Project for Indian Health Service
CNIIT provides national application systems support, RPMS and financial software applications development, telecommunications support, information system security, office automation, and training support services, including regulatory compliance updates to distributed clinical and billing software, systems conversions, software deployments, national wide-area networking (WAN), office automation, and web communications development. CNIIT also provides Tier 1, 2, and 3 support coverage (i.e., 12 hours a day, 5 days a week), to 14 geographical regions and 12 area offices (ultimately serving more than 15,000 users in 600 locations).
Infrastructure, Office Automation and Telecommunications (IOAT) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Task Order
CNIIT is tasked to support the IHS with projects planned for ARRA funding within the IOAT contract. These projects include Health IT systems research, development, modernization, enhancement, and operation.
National Patient Information Reporting System (NPIRS)
Originally awarded to CNI, Inc. in 2000, CNI has been providing National Data Warehousing and Reporting and program management support for nearly a decade. During this time, CNIIT improved the NPIRS environment in its production mode; improved performance on the UP/Wkld data mart; enhanced the general data mart for authorized users to access its current data directly; converted reporting programs; ensured data integrity and data quality; continued to refine and maintain NPIRS metadata; and enhanced and maintained system and data security. Follow-on work with IHS is now being conducted under the Resource Patient and Management System (RPMS) and the Infrastructure, Office Automation, and Telecommunications (IOAT) contracts.
Resource and Patient Management System General Application Development, Maintenance, Support, and Training for Indian Health Services
CNIIT is the primary, on-site vendor, responsible for software application maintenance, development, deployment, user support, training, and training coordination for identified RPMS applications managed by the IHS Office of Information Technology (OIT). CNIIT ensures that the Government’s RPMS information system is well maintained and enhanced; various RPMS and non-RPMS software applications are improved; and that high quality training and support services are provided to IHS and tribal end users.
Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Task Order

U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Information Security Program Support (ISPS)
A 5-year contract under which CNIIT provides Information Security Program Support to the FDA and all of its Offices and Centers. Services are provided in support of the development, implementation, and operation of the Agency’s overarching, risk-based information security program that supports the mission of the Office of Information Management (OIM), all FDA Offices and Centers, and the information security and cyber defense interfaces with DHHS and other agencies and organizations. CNIIT helps develop and improve these processes by focusing on effectively integrating and aligning information security processes with FDA business and information technology goals.
Computer Security Incidence Response Center (CSIRC) and Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO)
Under this BPA/Task Order contract, CNIIT supports the HHS CSIRC and OCISO with credentialed and certified IT security personnel who provide the expertise to support computer security incident handling and response across the HHS Enterprise and its OPDIVs and align information security processes with HHS and CDC information security goals.
Air Traffic Control Optimum Training Solution (ATCOTS) Program
As participants on Raytheon’s ATCOTS Team, CNIIT personnel assist in developing and conducting training for all FAA Air Traffic Controllers and with integrating new technologies to improve air traffic operations. Leveraging four decades of experience with FAA programs, CNIIT offers extensive training expertise to the customer and excellent performance to its team partner on this performance-based contract.
Information Technology Programming Support For United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM)
A 3-year contract to provide on-site systems support for many varied IT functions across the areas of technical support, system administration, data base administration, web development, and Help Desk expertise to both HQ personnel and the MEPS end-users.
Base-Wide Network, Web, and PC Support for the 72D Communications Squadron
A 4-year contract to provide support to Tinker AFB’s leadership and staff by providing experienced and efficient computer system operations and maintenance. CNIIT personnel are experts in Air Force computer security requirements, Internet/intranet security requirements, computer network requirements, and system administration requirements necessary to sustain base-wide communications.
Fiber Optic Cabling Infrastructure Systems (FOCIS II)
A 5-year IDIQ contract to provide management, installation, upgrades, re-routes, terminations, test and removal of computer/telecommunications infrastructure at Wright Patterson AFB (OH) as identified in individual Task Orders.
Disaster Recovery and Mobilization Requirements from the U.S. Military Entrance Processing Command in North Chicago
CNIIT provides disaster recovery and mobilization support for USMEPCOM in the event of an actual disaster and/or mobilization, and disaster recovery site management functions at the proposed primary and alternate disaster recovery site. Specifically, CNIIT provides and maintains physical facilities; equipment; communications; electrical power; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; security; office and storage space; supplies; training; documentation; technical, operational, and consulting support; and other supplies and services.
Distributed Learning (dL) Courseware and Learning Management Systems (LMS) IT Support
CNIIT lends contractor support to the USAIC Army Training Support Center’s mission to ensure that Soldiers are not deployed without the necessary level of training required to support their unit’s mission by integrating and leveraging technology for a blended approach to Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) products.
