Overview

Since its inception, CNIC has provided continuous services for two valued customers:  the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Army—and a record of excellent performance has led to continued follow-on work. CNIC’s range of capabilities includes design, construction and repairs; construction program management; furniture procurement and installation; building operations and maintenance; construction of machinery and machinery housing facilities; and logistics and move services.

Operations Task Order Support [CNI Construction, LLC]
A 5-year IDIQ for construction and repairs at the Picatinny Arsenal Installation.
Building 110 Global Logistics Move
One of 44 TOs awarded on a 5-year IDIQ with the CDC. A 5-year contract to relocate multiple programs on CDC campuses to new facilities throughout Metro Atlanta. CNIC works with the CDC Facilities Planning and Management Office (FPMO) to identify relocation needs within CDC campuses. CNIC has successfully completed relocation of over 6,500 CDC employees since 2005.
Building 19 (Global Symphony Museum Exhibit)
A 4-year contract in which CNIC personnel furnished construction materials for displays, arranged presentations, provided design services, purchased program materials, maintained financial accounting of program funds, and provided general assistance for any museum-related requirements.
Administrative Support and Relocation CDC Laboratory to Ft. Collins (CO)
A 2-year contract to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE) procurement and installation for the new CDC laboratory building in Ft. Collins which included planning, scheduling, procurement, installation, inspection and coordination.
Building B Cage Rack Washer [CNI Construction, LLC]
CNIC assisted the CDC in upgrading their facilities to more effectively test for the effects of diseases on laboratory animals by constructing a 2,300 SF, Bio-Level 3 animal cage and rack washing facility.
ACE Master Subcontract Agreement at Ft. Knox
CNIC provides Job Order Contract work for Fort Knox, specifically with the New Hazmat Building and the Auditorium.
