CAS, LLC contracts are managed by Mr. Gayland Osteen, who contributes 30 years of experience in engineering management, building maintenance and construction—providing expertise in the areas of Budgeting and Programming, Preventive Maintenance, Information Management, Construction Management, Materiel Management, Total Quality Management, Project Management, Training, and Strategic Planning.

Office of Workforce and Career Development (OWCD) Support Services Follow-On Contract
A 3-year IDIQ contract through which CAS provides staff augmentation from 25 labor categories and provides support services to the following OWCD organizations: Office of the Director of Health (OD Health), Career Development Division (CDD), Training Services Division (TSD), Policy and Planning Division (PPD), CDC University (CDCU), and Institute for Leadership, Education, Advancement, and Development (ILEAD).
Administrative, Technical, Professional, Information Management and Technology Support & Assistance to the Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Science (SC)
CNI staffs and operates the DOE SC's Travel Center and Correspondence Control Center (CCC) at the DOE Germantown, MD location. Support includes business process analysis, process standardization, and enhanced service delivery. Under a separate CLIN, CNI provides an IT Team and Business Process Analysts in support of Management and Program Analyses, Systems Development, and Telecommunications.
Enterprise Wide Communications
CAS supports the CDC’s Division of Media Relations (DMR) in its mission to foster effective health and science communication with the public and targeted populations by providing rapid, accurate, and effective messages and training using multiple communication channels (e.g., media briefings, teleconferences, websites, listservs, podcasts, etc.).
Defense Technical Information Center – IT Support Services (DTIC ITSS)
CAS provides IT professional staff and IT support services in a variety of technologies to significantly enhance DTIC’s scientific, technical and related defense information services, databases, and systems.
Fort Knox Range Support Services
CAS provides professional facilities management and maintenance assistance for 63 live fire ranges and 17 training areas, including an urban assault training area. Work includes all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, and execution necessary to provide these services.
USDA Relocation to CLF
A quick-turn, 6 month contract to provide relocation services for the USDA located at Ames, Iowa, that includes relocating and consolidating administrative offices, libraries, scientific research laboratories, and warehousing from more than 8 different locations located across the city of Ames to a newly constructed central facility located on the main USDA campus.
FAA/Air Traffic Organization Knowledge Transfer
CAS is researching and developing an online video knowledge channel to establish a trusted single source of aviation information featuring new aviation technologies like NextGen, important FAA events, congressional hearings, industry news conferences, briefings, testimonies, speeches, special reports and mini-series.
Video Wall System Support
A one year contract to provide hardware, software, and services required in establishing a turnkey visualization system.
Movable Wall Systems Support
A contract to provide for the approvals, procurement, delivery and installation of KI Movable Wall Systems in accordance with Jacobs Facilities design drawings and as directed by NASA.
Preventive Maintenance at the National Animal Disease Center
A quick-turn, 6-month contract to develop a preventative maintenance program for the mechanical systems in Building 20 for the Agriculture Research Service (ARS), Midwest Area (MWA).
Army National Guard (ANG) Line of Duty (LOD), Incapacitation (INCAP) Administrative Support
CAS, LLC administrative personnel perform a magnitude of tasks in support of higher headquarters, staff and faculty missions—providing relief to LOD military/government personnel.
