Over the past 5 years, CNIAS has provided on-going support services to DOD, DOI, DOE, DHHS, and other civilian Federal agencies. Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Contract (MSPRC)
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has consolidated all of the functions and workloads related to Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) post-payment recoveries into one MSP Recovery Contract. The contract for the new national MSP Recovery Contractor (MSPRC) was implemented on October 2, 2006. The MSPRC has taken over new MSP recovery cases and most existing cases. IT and Admin Service Support
CNIAS provided information technology, administrative, and technical support services for 5 years to the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), which is responsible for the marketing and transmission of Federal electric power generated at Federal sites to wholesale customers in six states (Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming). CNIAS staff provided information technology, engineering, drafting, facilities maintenance, automotive repair, warehousing, and administrative support services.
Data Replication, Disaster Recovery, and Information Assurance Capabilities (DR2IAC)
A 5-year IDIQ in which CNIAS provides a turn-key integration of products and services for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Operations and Core Systems Division. All components of the DR2IIAC solution will be Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP)-certified.
Information Technology Support Services
A 5-year contract to provide the Great Plains Regional Medical Command (GPRMC) with key personnel in support of regional clinical analysis of the Military Treatment Facilities and Telehealth systems.
Consolidated IT, Office of the Chief Information Officer [CNI, CNIAS, CNIPS]:
This contract is a consolidation of 3 previous IT related Task Orders and the addition of two new IT Task Orders into one contract, and spans a 5-year history with OST. CNI was supporting a wide range of IT efforts within the OST environment ranging from enterprise application development to specific client PC configuration. These efforts complemented each other but involved the management of several different task orders and contracts. The consolidated effort leveraged the existing labor resources, added key labor categories, and provided a management framework to ensure OST realizes a long-term cost savings and secures a stable yet flexible specialized IT contract work force. Under the consolidated contract, CNIAS provided Log Review and Analysis Project Support, and Remediation/Mitigation of System Vulnerabilities; developed the Indian Trust Appraisal Request Tracking System (ITARS), and developed the Secure Trust Accounting Records System (STARS). We continue to provide Continuity of Operations Site (COOP) and Risk Management Plus (RM+) operation and maintenance support and Tier 1 Help Desk support for Portal-based applications.
Savannah River Site Operations Office
Under a Blanket Ordering Agreement, CNIAS provided contract management, consulting, and support services ranging from software application training methods to best practice implementation (e.g., balanced score card analysis and corrective action plan development).
Corporate Services Office (CSO) Administrative Support
CNIAS personnel provide administrative support in several WAPA CSO service areas including logistics, natural resources, finance, human resources, program management, process improvement, and general support to the Offices of the Chief Information (OCIO) and Chief Operations Officers.
Administrative Support Services
CNIAS provided medical administrative services for the 27th Medical Group, also referred to as the medical treatment facility (MTF). CNIAS supported primary care manager (PCM) teams and beneficiaries to ensure daily functions associated with patient appointing, patient records management, and consult tracking for the Primary Care Clinic.
Arnold Data Center Expansion (ADCE)
A 2-year project to design and construct the ADCE located in Arnold, MO. This work included expansion of the Data Center space; installation of primary and back-up power distribution equipment including new HVAC, chillers, pumps and cooling towers; power distribution equipment; two stairwells and one material lift connecting the personnel space with the mezzanine and modification of the existing fire suppression system; and five additional minor construction projects.
Support for Audiovisual and Videoconferencing (AVVC)
A 5-year contract to provide staffing for Audio/Video and Teleconferencing activities (worldwide) within CDC Building 106.
Indian Land Consolidation Office (ILCO) Outreach Program Support
CNIAS supports the BIA in providing oversight and direction of its land acquisition program established to consolidate fractionated ownership of trust or restricted Indian lands in the name of the respective Tribes. CNIAS provides research, coordination, and implementation of the actual land purchases with Government review and approval of each purchase.
Probate Document Preparation
Originally awarded to CNI in 2005, CNIAS supports the Division of Trust Funds Accounting (DTFA), Branch of Accounting Processing (BAP) in their mission to perform fiduciary trust responsibilities to American Indian Tribes, individual Indians, and Alaska Natives by performing all associated accounting activities on behalf of Individual Indian Monies (IIM) account holders.
Data Quality and Integrity (DQ&I) Project
Originally awarded to CNI in 2004, CNIAS personnel are experts in the area of trust data, documentation, and concepts; they have access and experience in the primary Office of the Special Trustee for American Indians/Bureau of Indian Affairs (OST/BIA) systems of record for trust fund accounting and land ownership; and their knowledge and experience is transferrable across contracts that are involved in different aspects of trust management and reform. CNIAS performs verification of online data against source documentation and conducts any necessary related data cleanup. CNIAS provides research and resolution of necessary redistribution of generated income when a previous distribution has been miscalculated.
Data Center Migration Program (DCMP) Support
For the Forest Services (FS) Information Solutions Organization (ISO) QA Test Lab, CNIAS provided manual and automated test plans and testing support on all Oracle-related applications testing prior to their release into the FS Production Environment; and provided administrative support to the Test Lab database.
Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE)
CNIAS is assisting the DOE in building relationships with federally recognized Native American Tribes for consultation regarding electrification needs across Native American lands and how to best assist the Tribes in effectively using electricity to aid in economic and community development. CNIAS provides strategic planning, survey instrument design, database development, call center support, and analytical resources.
Boiler Plant
CNI provided all labor, equipment, instruments, materials, transportation and incidentals for the Boiler Plant B/3001 and Repair OC-ALC Feedwater Piping valve replacement project.
KC-10 Boom Operator Trainer Upgrade
A 3-year contract to provide services in support of the replacement of obsolete I/O systems, as defined and authorized by the Government, on the KC-10 Aircrew Training System (ATS) Flight Training Devices (FTD), and Weapon System Trainers (WST).
Building 226 Furniture Install
CNIAS provided new offices and work spaces for the Electronic Warfare Organization staff to conduct training sessions on new equipment to their personnel and meet to discuss probable further testing methods.
O&C Building Revitalization Phase 2 (KFR P2)
An eight-month project in which we provided modern office space for personnel assigned to NASA by providing and installing modular demountable walls in newly constructed buildings.
