CNI is providing comprehensive management and project planning
services for acquisition of Laboratory Equipment, Furniture, Fixtures,
and Signage for this 11 story, Biosafety Level 3 & 4 laboratory
facility. CNI is leading a multidiscipline / multi-company project
team to complete this highly technical & complex facility with
a focus on outstanding customer service. The project includes relocation
of employees and equipment and requires close coordination with
multiple client user groups.

CNI will provide full service building and management services
for this highly technical and complex environment that includes
on-site support for conference center / event planning; Hi-definition
TV broadcast & studio production; Audio Visual: Food, Lodging
and Transportation; Visitor & Retail Services; Video Teleconferencing;
and full Custodial Services for this state-of-the-art facility.
CNI will lead a multidiscipline / multi-company team focused on

Scheduler Support Services - Capital Projects
CNI is providing comprehensive scheduling services for multiple
and simultaneous projects for Capital Construction Projects at various
locations. CNI will establish "Global" project coordination activity
vs. Master Plan to facilitate decision making and risk mitigation.
Services Include:
- Timely scheduling input on existing and new capital projects
- Primavera P3 and/or Newest Version scheduling specifications
- Input for schedule-related negotiations with CMC's
- Review Monthly Schedule Reports
- Evaluate Schedule Logic + Constructability Sequencing
- Evaluate schedule impacts of change order requests
- Provide Monthly Updates
- Critical Chain Project Management Scheduling
