CNI has an anticipated opening for a leader in the Executive Resources Recruitment and Rewards Program in Alexandria, VA.  The preferred individual must be knowledgeable in the processes of ECQ writing and have a strong familiarity with the OPM process for ECQ submissions.


Specific requirements and responsibilities are forthcoming.  An anticipated position denotes that we are currently evaluating the work or preparing a proposal.  In the meantime, we have started looking for outstanding talent to leverage our efforts.  In order to be a successful team lead for this highly technical and complex area, the following technical experience level is recommended. (Note: This is only a recommendation not a requirement, and at contractor’s discretion. This is also not an exhaustive list of technical competencies that might be needed):

  • 5 years of federal experience in writing, reviewing, and facilitating the Executive Core Qualification process with demonstrated success with this process within the last two years.
  • Expert knowledge of the operations of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Review Board (QRB).
  • Experience in and ability to critique and provide advice to candidates on edits to their (candidates) Executive Core Qualification (ECQ) submission.
  • Experience in and ability to prepare final packages for submission to the OPM Qualifications Review Board.
  • Experience in and ability to translate a candidates professional and personal experiences using the Challenge-Context-Action-Result (CCAR) method.
