CNI has anticipated openings for several experience levels of Client Support Technicians in Oklahoma City, OK. The Client Support Technicians will be familiar with Information Technology (IT) concepts, practices and procedures and work with customer counterparts to provide the following services: Provide hardware/software/network/peripheral and mobile device technical support. Document issues in trouble ticket system. Respond to/monitor/resolve issues/problems and log resolution into knowledgebase. Install/de-commission hardware/software. Implement software patches. Manage user accounts. Maintain equipment accountability/disposition.
Specific requirements and responsibilities are forthcoming. A Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required. Security + is required with enrollment into the CE program within 6 months. An anticipated position denotes that we are currently evaluating the work or preparing a proposal. In the meantime, we have started looking for outstanding talent to leverage our efforts.
